Through my most recent leadership position as recording secretary for my sorority, Gamma Phi Beta, I was personally held accountable for recording attendance of over 250 women, documenting chapter minutes, and planning recruitment set day 4, Preference. From the positions I held, I have gained organizational skills and practiced effective communication through team-oriented efforts. As a sale associate at Pretty Please Boutique, I was responsible for balancing multiple events, customers, and deadlines while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. I developed proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite putting together employee schedules, local advertisements, and orderly inventory logs. In addition, I gained creativity by designing the store’s first website as a part of a larger responsibility to help this newly established company create lasting brand loyalty While just beginning the pledging process in Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity, I have already learned the value of efficient time management, something that is essential for success in Eller.

I believe that as finance student of the Eller College of Management I can add the most value to the University of Arizona. I have shown that I have exceptional work ethic, a strong willingness to learn, and strong finance and communication skills.
