Lead and mentor the new member class of 25 young women Plan and implement New Member Education Program focused on educating new members and facilitating member interaction within the chapter

* Create and analyze weekly and monthly reports of marketing and financial activities * Recruit new affiliates and improve performance of existing affiliates through redesign and on-site optimization * Gather and analyze international market data to present to CEO * Work with other members of marketing team on various tasks including SEO, brand redesign, website cleanup and social media outreach

* Provide administrative, creative, and strategic assistance to the Office of Sustainability * Manage social media including Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest and track metrics for each platform * Write and distribute press releases to be published on higher education bulletins such as AASHE, Bloomberg, GreenBiz and Bentley University's website * Work in a primarily virtual environment ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner LEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES

Serve as advisor to prospective or current study abroad students by answering questions or helping them through the application and preparation processes Lead general and program-specific study abroad meetings and seminars

Head the council's various philanthropic events throughout the year such as Greek Week and Lipsync competition Create and work with subcommittees to ensure events take place successfully
