SUNY University at Buffalo , Practice Interviewer, 9/1014 - Present I Interview candidates one on one in a realistic interview setting once a week. I work on developing the interviewees' by delivering feedback on interview performance including attire, attitude, content, and delivery of behavioral based interview questions. After the feedback session, I provide both a DVD copy of their interview and a performance review sheet to interviewees for a better understanding of how to improve. Beacon Hill Estates Cooperative, Head Life Guard, 5/2014 - Present As the head lifeguard at this single guard pool, I cared for several dozen patrons on a daily basis. I was also expected to perform scheduling roles for my subordinate life guards, as well as selling pool guest passes and dealing with large sums of cash. In addition to keeping everything up to code, I also was responsible for opening and closing. When I am on duty I also maintain the chemical levels of the pool and the cleanliness of the facility. I was also responsible for reorganizing the stock room in order to increase efficiency.
