I am currently gaining my first formal work experience in human resources. My primary responsibility is to organize and oversee the youth mentoring program taking place in nearby Detroit. I am also responsible for constructing personnel files to ensure secure handling of sensitive information and processing job-cost payroll four times a day using the Viewpoint HRIS.

I conduct virtual tutoring sessions with students enrolled in algebra, calculus, and statistics classes at the post-secondary education level. Though most of my work occurs on-demand, I receive bi-weekly assessments reflective of my performance.
