Fresh dinner sausage describes products that can be purchased with raw sausage in a casing that still needs to be cooked before eating. Some examples are products like bratwurst, Italian sausages, and other similar delicious offerings.
We are looking for ideas for seasonal flavors that could be applied to fresh dinner sausages, to help our shoppers take their backyard BBQs to the next level.
