The demand for men's skincare products has grown substantially over the past few years, with a total spend that increased 8% in 2019. We aim to further disrupt this industry and expand the men's skincare market with groundbreaking products that will uniquely appeal to and meet the needs of male consumers. Currently, one of our focus areas has been ingrown hair, which can be a pesky and even painful skincare issue for many men. What product should exist to address the problem of ingrown hair and razor bumps? Looking beyond ingrown hair, what new skincare products do men want and need?
We are interested in new and innovative skincare products for men, especially those that would address the problem of ingrown hair and razor bumps. Product ideas should be original and not something that you can find in stores or online today. Specifically, please answer the following:

*Males only* Tell us about your skincare needs and experiences.
- How well do current products address your skincare needs?
- Which of your skincare needs are met, and which are not? (Please think about all of your skincare needs, issues, and even your skincare goals.)
- Do you experience ingrown hairs and/or razor bumps? If so, how do you treat them, and how well does this work for you?
- Which skincare products work well for you? Which ones don't? This might be a general type of product (e.g. moisturizer) or brand-specific.
- What is your novel product idea for men's skincare? Be sure to explain the following:
- What it is
- The skincare need / problem that it addresses
- How it would work
- Why would male consumers want to buy your product idea in deliverable 2? Make the case for why your product would be appealing and / or meet a skincare need more effectively than existing products.
**As noted above, we are most interested in ideas that would address the problem of ingrown hair / razor bumps. If your idea does not relate to the prevention or treatment of ingrown hair / razor bumps, then it should be something you believe to be groundbreaking for men's skincare.
*Deliverable 1: This question is designed for our male solvers only. We want to gain an understanding of men's skincare needs, so it is important to hear directly from this demographic. All non-male solvers please write "NA" and focus solely on deliverables 2 & 3.
