CrowdSparx is an open innovation pipeline for a consumer packaged goods company seeking to provide the highest quality products and experiences. Thanks to the amazing ideas and insights we've seen from solvers, we understand that Millennial and Gen Z are looking for grocery stores that are MORE than just products.

We want your help in transforming the "small town" grocery store into the heart of the community, fostering a sense of connection and enhancing the overall experience for residents.

Our objective is to revitalize a small town grocery store and make it the focal point of community engagement. We aim to explore innovative strategies that go beyond traditional retail, creating a space that brings people together and serves as a hub for community activities.

    • What kind of events should this grocery store promote to foster engagement with the community?
  2. What kind of store layout, amenities, or non-traditional products and services could contribute to a more inviting and community-friendly atmosphere?

    • How does your idea for this kind of layout encourage social interaction and encourage people to utilize the store as a gathering place?
