CrowdSparx is an open innovation pipeline for a consumer packaged goods company seeking to provide the highest quality products and experiences. Thanks to the amazing ideas and insights we've seen from solvers, we understand that Millennial and Gen Z are looking for grocery stores that are MORE than just products.

We want your help in transforming the "small town" grocery store into the heart of the community, fostering a sense of connection and enhancing the overall experience for residents.

Our objective is to revitalize a small town grocery store and make it the focal point of community engagement. We aim to explore innovative strategies that go beyond traditional retail, creating a space that brings people together and serves as a hub for community activities.

    • How does your idea for this kind of layout encourage social interaction and encourage people to utilize the store as a gathering place? 
    • Please explain how your idea for non-traditional products and services increases community engagement.
  3. In what ways can the grocery store utilize digital platforms and social media to connect with the community and keep residents informed about local events?

    • Are there innovative online strategies to bridge the gap between the physical store and the virtual community?
    • What kind of social media strategy would encourage shoppers to interact in the digital space and be excited about upcoming events?
