We are a financial organization striving to meet the ever changing, ever evolving needs of our customers. Today, banking comes in many forms. You can turn to a mobile app, online, over-the-phone, or in-person at a branch for all your banking needs.

Not only do we want to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted or influenced your banking behaviors, we also want to learn where banks can improve.

Please help us understand your preferred method for banking, how we can improve online or mobile banking, and how comfortable you are with sharing information with financial institutions.

Deliverables

Help us understand banking behaviors and expectations. Specifically, answer the following:

  1. Which of the following is your preferred method for your banking?
    1. Mostly online banking from a computer
    2. Mostly on my mobile device app (cell phone or tablet)
    3. Mostly at the branch
    4. Mostly by phone for telebanking
  2. Has your preferred method changed because of the pandemic?
    1. If yes, how so?
  3. Are there certain features that are not available through online or mobile that you would like to have access to? What are they?
  4. Which online or mobile banking features do you use most often?  (or would you use most often if your bank doesn't already have them?) Think of things like depositing checks, tracking spending, paying bills, etc.
  5. What can banks do better from a digital perspective?
  6. Now thinking about privacy, would you be comfortable sharing your personal information with your bank such as bank account balance or credit card balance from other financial services companies?
  7. Are there any limitations you would expect as a result of sharing your information? (e.g. not selling it to other companies, you decide how it is used, etc.)
