Target constantly strives to meet the needs and wants of our guests and their families through our various product offerings, earning us a great reputation as your “one-stop-shop.” As lifestyles and life stages evolve, we want to ensure we offer culturally and personally relevant products that meet guests’ needs and help them make good choices for themselves, their families, their communities and the planet.

We are interested in discovering new ways to educate and inspire our guests to make better choices at Target, specifically around personal, social and/or environmental health. We hope these ideas can be turned into a program or new product offering that will improve the lives of our guests, enhance their experience with Target, and add to Target’s existing “wellness” portfolio consisting of healthy and sustainable products and programs.

Deliverables

Please complete the following:

1) Describe your program or product line that educates and inspires guests to make better health and/or environmental choices.

• What would be the overarching goal of the program/product?

• What sub-goals would you set and how would you measure the progress of the overarching goal?

2) How would you educate and market your idea to Target guests?

• What tactics would you use (i.e. digital, in-store…) and why?

• How would you make sure your marketing tactics resonated with the needs/wants of guests?

3) What are the unique benefits that this program or product line brings to guests?

• Why is Target the best place to launch it?
