As a consumer, you have the power to decide when, where, and how you spend your money. Now, more than ever, consumers expect more from the brands they interact with and the cooperations behind those brands.


We want to hear from you. We want to learn from you. Help us understand what you expect from the brands you interact with. Help us understand the role corporations, products, and brands play in your daily lives. 

Deliverables

Specifically, answer the following questions:

  1. Do you research brands before you make purchases?
    1. If yes, do you research all your brands extensively? Most of your brands? A few of your brands?
    2. If no, what is it that motivates you to purchase one brand over the other? What drives your loyalty to a specific brand, label, or product?
  2. If you do research brands before purchases are made, what sources do you turn to in order to educate yourself on the corporation/brand/label/product? 
    1. Please be sure to list every resource you use (e.g., social media, visiting company websites, news articles, google searches, etc.).
  3. What is most important to you when choosing a brand? What information, if any, about a corporation or brand do you seek out before making purchases?
    1. For example, do you research the corporation's policy on diversity? Do you research the CEO or Executive Board members? Do you prioritize the environment and how the corporation addresses climate change?
  4. Lastly, if not addressed in the above deliverables, please share any additional information that goes into your purchase decisions as a consumer.
