Have you, a family member, or a close friend bought a new (not used) car lately?  It can be a very different process than an everyday purchase!  What aspects were delightful or even enjoyable? What aspects were particularly frustrating or painful for you?  (Think about the whole spectrum, from when you first started thinking about buying a car, to researching and trying the cars!)  Now the fun part – if you could improve the car-buying experience to make it an AWESOME one, what would you do? Assume you have all the freedom, power, and technology when coming up with this idea.

Deliverables

Please answer each of the three questions below:

  1. What were you delighted by or was enjoyable when purchasing or using your new car?
  2. What across the entire car purchasing customer journey was most frustrating and why?
