What if, instead, each person could have their own efficient, low-cost personal comfort solution that could make you feel less hot or cold, controlled to meet your individual needs? Ideally, each individual would have an entirely self-contained solution that helped them feel warmer or cooler and didn't interfere with anyone else's personal comfort.
