AAA is a “save-the-day” brand that is there for you in a pinch providing peace of mind when it’s most needed. Many people need a partner for “life outages” like flat tires and hardships and are seeking new ways to lower spending and reduce financial burdens like insurance and monthly bills to save more. With thin savings, some are taking more drastic penny-pinching approaches.
We want your thoughts and ideas on ways to help middle class Millennials prepare for unexpected "life outages" through new financial offerings.
Deliverables
Please answer the following questions:
1) What is your approach to these financial topics in your own life?
- Saving money for unexpected financial hardships
- Purchasing insurance (ex. car, renters, house, etc.)
2) When it comes to your financial well being, where do you feel your greatest needs are not being met by existing offerings?
3) Propose a new type of financial service or insurance model that would be attractive to Millennials looking to protect themselves from unexpected financial hardships.
