What you may not know is that we are also a successful tech company outside of our insurance company brand! Our digital presence continues to grow and we've received top honors for our web and mobile development. **GEICO is seeking potential new hires! Submit your best ideas as they represent what you might offer as a candidate!
We are interested in how we can better convey that we are a tech company outside of our insurance company brand as we seek to attract IT talent to careers at GEICO. Specifically, please answer the following:
- What is your idea for how we should improve public perception that we are a tech company beyond our insurance company brand? Consider specific methods, approaches, and/or channels.
- What specific information should we promote to convey that we are also a tech company? Are there specific facts or messaging that would be most successful?
- What about your idea would resonate with you or a target audience? (Please specify your target demographic if applicable.)
Considerations:
- Your idea could be a specific commercial, promotional channel, event, message, etc. Please explain in enough detail for us to understand why it would be impactful to you or a target audience. Broad / vague ideas will not be as useful to us.
