CDW is a leading provider of technology products, services, and solutions. Their Sales Account Managers are responsible for relationship based sales. For this challenge, act as if you were the Account Manager. A customer calls and tells you they are interested in purchasing an HP printer posted on your website for $1000. The customer then says, they saw the same printer being sold by a competitor for $850. This is a new customer that has never purchased from you before, but you’ve been trying to spark a relationship for a few months. How would you go about winning the sale?
