Home food delivery is booming! As a packaging company, it's increasingly important that we meet peoples' expectations for the food they have delivered. We already know that people want their hot food hot, their cold food cold, and they want it to arrive looking as appealing as it did when it was first prepared. What other expectations do people have when it comes to home food delivery and how can we put them into practice?
Deliverables
We are interested in the expectations people have for home food delivery and new concepts to meet these expectations. Specifically, answer the following:
- What are your expectations for home food delivery? Consider qualities related to the food (ex: prep time required, appearance, etc.), the packaging, and the delivery process.
- How can we put these expectations into practice? Propose a novel concept for home food delivery that would make your expectation(s) a reality. **Top ideas will relate specifically to food delivery packaging.
Considerations:
- For Deliverable 1, we are especially interested in home food delivery expectations that we may not have previously considered!
- 'Home food delivery' can be fully-prepared food and/or meal kits.
