How can we attract more mentors to MindSumo?

In addition to solving challenges, many students use MindSumo to connect with Mentors. Mentors are recent grads (of the last 10 years) who are in the professional world and can pass along advice on networking, resumes, interviewing, entering an industry, and a host of other topics.
Because they are immensely valuable to the community, we want to bring on a LOT more mentors in the coming months.
Deliverables
Propose one way in which we can attract new mentors to sign up with accounts on MindSumo. 1) Describe how you would reach this group and 2) Submit basic estimates of how many mentors you think could sign up using your method.
Note: Telling us to partner with alumni associations is not what we're looking for :)
