Our company has done a great job of keeping employee turnover low, resulting in a high percentage of tenured employees who have been with us for decades. However, this positive has created a company with very few young people working there. Recently, many entry-level positions in the claims payment and customer services areas came open that would be well-suited for Millennials.

Deliverables

Help us attract Millennials to our open entry-level positions. Specifically, answer these questions:

  1. What can we do to brand our company as a place that Millennials will want to work?
  2. Millennials often express interest in companies with strong mission statements. What are some companies that you believe have strong, positive missions? What makes them unique?
