How do we get more Millennials to work at our health care company?

Our company has done a great job of keeping employee turnover low, resulting in a high percentage of tenured employees who have been with us for decades. However, this positive has created a company with very few young people working there. Recently, many entry-level positions in the claims payment and customer services areas came open that would be well-suited for Millennials.
Deliverables
Help us attract Millennials to our open entry-level positions. Specifically, answer these questions:
- What can we do to brand our company as a place that Millennials will want to work?
- Millennials often express interest in companies with strong mission statements. What are some companies that you believe have strong, positive missions? What makes them unique?
