Bite-size foods are on the rise and ice cream has been in on the trend with the popularity of products like Dibs. There's still room for innovation in the bite-sized ice cream market though. Specifically we're interested in making bite-sized ice creams in fun and exciting shapes.

We currently produce ice cream bites by putting the necessary ingredients into bite-sized moulds of a stainless steel. Unfortunately the process to make new shapes requires us to manufacture and implement completely new sets of moulds which is costly and slows our production process. We don't want this to stop us from making awesome new ice cream bites, though, so we're looking for the best alternative to completely restarting the process every time we make a new-shaped bite.

Deliverables

Design a mould that can be used to make more than one ice cream bite shape

Notes & Constraints:

- The processing time should not be dramatically increased (consider the thermal conductivity of the mould material, existing material used is a stainless steel)

- You may include a sketch or mock up if it will be helpful in explaining your solution

- We are not interested considering putting/removing a simple insert to change the shape or size

- The whole manufacturing process is continuous - constantly filling and removing products from the moulds
