Anyone who has taken a flight knows that the process of checking bags, going through security, and boarding the plane can be an inefficient and exhausting experience for travelers. When confronted with all the stresses and inefficiencies of the events leading up to takeoff, it can make for a bad start to a trip and a negative customer experience which might influence future travel decisions.
