With each passing year, new trends emerge and old trends fade away based on a host of factors. Some of these factors include consumer preferences, new creations, and the influence of media, industry, and social media.

For this challenge, we are specifically interested in identifying what non-food consumer products will emerge in 2022, and what current non-food consumer product trends people are sick of to the point that they will fade away in the coming year. We look forward to reading your predictive ideas and evaluating whether those ideas are proven in 2022!

NOTE: For this challenge, the definition of "non-food consumer products" can include any of the following categories:

  • Health products
  • Beauty & personal care products
  • Vitamins & supplements
  • Other personal care products
