"Be part of something bigger."
"Do something more."
"Do something bigger."
"Do something different."
"Be the change you want to affect."
"Live your best life."

These are all examples of BOLD statements that companies have adopted as a component of their marketing platforms in Talent Acquisition. These statements represent the internal voice that speaks to the career prospects and represents the motivation we, as the employer, are trying to capture that would attract and invite the individual to further explore a career (such as the Financial Representative opportunity with The Guardian Network®).

Our challenge is to create Guardian's bold statement, which may be used as a platform for other recruiting messaging.

Deliverables

Help us create a bold statement we can use on our Financial Representative career pages of GuardianLife.com. Our main recruiting targets are Gen Xers and Millennials who are either looking to find a new career with more personal and professional fulfillment, or are experienced in the industry and searching for a firm with the right culture to build their practice. In your response, answer the following:

  1. What bold statement should we use as a recruiting slogan on our site? Your statement should not exceed 8 words.
  2. Explain why your statement would appeal to Gen Xers, Millennials, or both.

CRITERIA: This “bold statement” we are looking for should be action-based like the above examples and be closely aligned with the sense of purpose a career as a Financial Representative can provide someone. See this recruiting video as an example of our current approach.
