Macy's is a department store chain that sells a variety of apparel, beauty, kitchen, and home items. We’re interested in crafting the best shopping experience possible, and it's important that we see it from the perspective of our target consumers. Before we think about changing our own experience, we want to understand in-store, online, and mobile shopping experiences that stand out to you and how you think they compare to what we currently do at Macy’s.  We want you to be completely upfront and honest about Macy’s, the feedback that we hear will only help us create a better experience.

Deliverables
