The rotisserie chicken is a staple of the American supermarket. It is a product that is affordable, delicious, and versatile since it can be used as both a main part of a meal, or an ingredient in a particular dish or recipe. We are interested in learning how you use your rotisserie chickens, and what new opportunities exist to make this food product even better for consumers. 

Deliverables

Please complete the following:

1) How do you eat your rotisserie chicken? As a standalone meal? As an ingredient in a recipe? Be specific in your answer

2) What do you do with your leftover rotisserie chicken?

3) Propose an idea for a new food product that would make it easy for a consumer to turn a rotisserie chicken into a complete meal

  • What preparation would be required for the consumer to make your product idea?
