VITAS Healthcare is the nation’s leading provider of end-of-life care.  We have positions available on our sales teams offering comprehensive sales training, cutting edge sales tools and resources, a supportive team environment and opportunities for career advancement.  Please see the attached job description to learn more about this role.  

We want to cut through the noise of social media and job posting sites to reach the dynamic individuals who would be a fit on our sales teams.  Given that our work revolves around end-of-life care, it's important that our efforts are targeted to the right audience and that our messaging connects with millennials in a meaningful way. 

Deliverables

Share your ideas and insights around a strategy VITAS Healthcare should use to market these sales positions to  millennials (i.e. upcoming and recent grads).  Be sure to review the full job description attached.  In proposing your strategy, please answer the following:

  1. What platform(s) would you use and why? Please explain why these are effective platforms.  
  2. How would you use your chosen platform(s)?  Think of things such as timing, specific wording, information you would choose to promote, etc. 
  3. What audience would your strategy target and why would they be receptive to this marketing?  
  4. Think about all of the clutter on job sites and social media.  How would your strategy make our messaging stand out?
