Most students buy their books at the campus bookstore. This results in long lines that waste students’ time and cause uncomfortable crowding. Universities still want students to make purchases in their store instead of on Amazon.com, but they also want to make the process easier for students.

Deliverables

Propose two ways schools could streamline the book buying process at campus stores in order to avoid losing sales to online alternatives. Describe in 3-4 sentences how you would implement each idea.
