Calling all Millennial and Gen Z travelers! We know that staying connected while on the go is crucial for your adventures. Whether you're exploring new cities, embarking on epic road trips, or visiting countries across the globe, we want to hear about your experiences with connectivity issues.

As a leading phone carrier, we understand the importance of seamless connectivity for travelers like you. From spotty Wi-Fi signals to unreliable mobile networks, we know that navigating connectivity challenges can be a real hassle. But your experiences matter, and sharing them can help us improve and tailor our services to better suit your needs.

Whatever your story may be, we want to hear it! Your insights and feedback will not only help us enhance our network coverage and roaming services but also empower other travelers to navigate connectivity issues with ease.

  2. What factors have the most influence on your ability to stay connected while traveling? Consider the following:

    • Value/Importance of staying connected
    • Price/Cost
    • Changing phone numbers
    • Ease of accessibility
    • Other factors that influence connectivity while traveling

  3. Considering your answers to the previous questions: Please explain in detail a situation where you have been traveling and encountered difficulty staying connected as well as what factors influenced connectivity issues.

    • What kind of cloud based products would address these issues? (Cloud Solutions such as; VPN, Slack, WhatsApp, Cloud Storage, Streaming Services, Etc.) 
    • What is your idea for a new product, Cloud based or otherwise, that would be beneficial for improving travelers connectivity?
