You will see from my resume that my educational coursework and rigorous work experiences have provided me with strong leadership abilities and a quantitative and qualitative research background including descriptive and inferential statistics.

I have gained in-depth experience in research and statistical analysis. My knowledge of regression analysis, k-means clustering, factor analysis among others, using statistical softwares such as SAS, STATA, SPSS for complex & integrated activities will ensure that clear & quality progress reports are compiled & shared with project teams. My thesis project involved modelling road traffic accident deaths in South Africa using Generalized Linear Models, the results concluded that Negative Binomial regression worked better than Poisson regression in handling count data.

The combinations of my professional experience coupled with my education have provided me with strong analytical, report writing and communication skills. I am able to work in a team setting as well as a culturally diverse team. Utilizing these acquired competencies, I know that I will be effective in implementing continuous improvement in the organization.
