I have worked as a business analyst in the Insurance domain and have interacted with multiple stakeholders and ensured a smooth and timely delivery. My work involved requirements gathering, performing gap analysis and creating functional specification documents to ensure smooth design and development. Thus I was involved in the entire project execution phase which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the various functions. My post graduation degree in finance has given me an idea of various concepts and their application in practical problems. Strategy and Consulting have always intrigued me and I have done a couple of consulting projects with Accenture and Zenesys Consulting to get a practical understanding of the consulting field. I believe this job will give me the opportunity to hone my skills and learn all the nuances of the field.
