I am writing to express my interest in the position of Programme Assistant  job .

I have a degree in Bachelor of commerce finance and accounting option and a  diploma in business administration .With at least 3 years’ experience as an accounts and administrative assistant at vivid graphics and an Accounts Assistant at AFFA Nuts and Oil Crops directorate, I am adept in enforcing legislation laws as well as running the activities of the organization . Moreover, while myon-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate clerical and problem solving abilities.

During my career, I performed general office duties that included greeting and assisting visitors. I answered phones, emails and set up appointments for both clients and business associates. It was also my job to make travel arrangements for executives when necessary.

I also organized meetings, took minutes, prepared and updated reports and notified participants of the arrangements. I have extensive computer knowledge, I am familiar with a variety of computer programs and software and I have the ability to learn new systems quickly. I possess outstanding verbal and written skills and I have the ability to convey information clearly and efficiently. I have the skills to understand and follow directions and I pay very close attention to details.

I possess excellent organizational skills and I have the ability to manage my time wisely. I am self-motivated, hard working and I take responsibility for my performance. I am confident that I have the experience and skills needed to be a great asset to your organization and I am looking forward to meeting with soon to discuss this position in more detail.
