Accenture has differentiated itself from the other global leaders in the industry, which is reflected through numerous awards, such as #1 Best consulting firms for both IT Strategy Consulting and IT operation consulting in the Vault 2016 rankings, among others. I am particularly amazed by how Accenture work with New York to provide New York City 311: Public service call center solution. After reviewing Accenture’s client case studies, I have reaffirmed my decision to join Accenture as I find the work carried out by Accenture’s teams to be fascinating and I wish I could also be part of those teams.

• Culture and values – Through the various and numerous videos of Google hangout with Accenture, I can see the people in Accenture were very energetic and excited about their work within their teams. Everyone is eager to learn new technology and gain new skills so that they can make use of their abilities to improve the business world. For example, Ed Sparkes mentioned how the trainings in Accenture help him widen his professional network and improve his presentation skills, so that he can deliver better work to the client. I am positive that I will be a good fit for Accenture as I share the same vision and affinity as those people.
