Recently, I have completed the Master’s program in  Management at the XXX. Besides, I have a MBA Marketing and diversified experience in managing marketing communication, business development, policy compliance and quality assurance, and evidence-based monitoring of development projects.

In the course of my career, I had opportunities to manage, plan, and execute development projects. These experiences have exposed me to extensive coordination, external communication with different partners and stakeholders, support and follow-up services for the project operations. Furthermore, in a global compliance project with XXXXX, my role was as a  analyst to make due diligences ensuring that financial transactions are in compliance with the policies, internal regulations, and transactions pattern analysis. One of the cherishing moments of that project was that I was declared as a best analyst.

Additionally, I have experience of developing KPIs based monitoring, designing KPIs, objectives, and supporting activities. For instance, I was involved in development projects funded by international donors such as the US Agency for International Development (USAID), there I controlled and measured the projects progress based on predesigned KPIs and set objectives. Thus, these experiences providing me a solid base to undertake the role of Junior Controller.

My research and academic stays in USA and Kongo allowed me to work in diverse teams and regions. It has further advanced my skills in intercultural communication and managing cultural diversity.
