My relevant education includes my Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Financial Management at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in China and my Bachelor of Commerce Degree in International Business and Service Management at the University of Victoria.

Through my work experience with Dragonpass International Ltd., I have developed outstanding qualitative and quantitative research skills. With this organization, I was involved with a complex restaurant loyalty service development project. During this project I did research on all potential airport restaurants and opportunities for partnership, at the same time I did customer behavior evaluations on our excessing as well as potential customers to understand the market for this new project.

In addition to my job responsibilities, I used an information management system and created a client management database system to effectively manage our client information. Through these projects, I have gained experience in research data consolidation and management skills.
