My name is xyz and I have just finished my masters in engineering management at University of Melbourne having moved overseas  to pursue this one year program.After graduation I did certain internships at reputable companies like Nestle, Schlumberger as a technology intern where I learnt about the importance of certain leaderships skills that managers and consultants possess and this helped me to pursue a masters in engineering management .

I believe this is fostering my leadership and entrepreneurial skills as well as promoting my interaction with people from different genres as I continually work with people from diverse cultures and give different presentations .Some of the courses like strategy execution and project management practices forged a sound knowledge of marketing strategies, projects and trends.

Courses like leadership and management forge a person who can work with people from different backgrounds, can effectively communicate with everyone, can pitch his ideas when needed and always challenges myself to new situations. I worked on developing startup business plan, led team of individuals from diverse cultures and acted as a transformational leader fostering good communication and establishing relational trust with them to work on the projects.

It is these attributes of willing to learn, staying out of my comfort zone, constantly innovating and evolving myself and relationship building skills which makes me an ideal candidate for the Business Management graduate program at BT.
