Customer Service Officer
Dear Sir,
I am very interested in your advertised position of Customer Service Officer,
which I came across on the University jobs Database. I have an economics and business
background, as I completed my degree in Economics at the
end of last year, and am currently working 1-2 days a week with a Philanthropic
foundation. As a result, I am relatively flexible with my availability to work
and readily available for weekend/evening work as required.
Through my
internships and part-time work I have gained valuable experiences
in working in a dynamic office environment – undertaking reception duties,
filing, mail management, typing, creating databases, organising meetings, data
research and summarising data;and have a range of administrative skills and
experiences to match the position described. I have hands-on experience with a
range of office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (on
both PC’s and Mac’s), as well as strong data processing abilities.
Additionally, my 3 years spent in retail roles have developed practical skills in communicating and engaging with people, and I’m able to assist efficiently and in a friendly manner to complete assigned tasks - both in person and on the phone.
I am an eager and hardworking individual who is looking for an opportunity to apply my customer care skills in a practical and valuable manner. I have attached my resume, which I hope you will consider, and I look forward to meeting with you to discuss the position further.
