I graduated from the University of Melbourne with an actuarial degree and have since completed Part I of the Australian actuarial exams (i.e. CT1-CT8) and the CFA Level I exam. My education background, along with passing professional exams, has helped to develop solid foundation in mathematics and problem-solving skill that are essential to quantitative work.

I worked at Roy Morgan Research as a Data Analyst in Melbourne for eighteen months. Through managing projects with tight deadlines, I have experience in working effectively under pressure to meet clients’ needs. I have developed my communication skills from articulating data issues and addressing further queries from clients with other departments. I was also given the opportunity to delegate duties to fellow team members throughout my employment.

I believe the skills and experience that I acquired from studies and employment would make me a good fit for the advertised position at Bloomberg, where I have the opportunity to dedicate myself to working alongside innovative professionals and immerse in a culture of diversity and inclusion.
