I am writing in response to the opening for Business Dev Pricing & Planning Summer Intern, which I believe may report to you.
I work as a customer behavior research assistant at the University of Illinois. I assist a professor in designing quantitative experiments of customer buying habits and analyze large databases of the results using SPSS and Excel. For this job, I developed an excellent analytical skills and a great eye for detail, all of which should make me an ideal candidate for this opening.
The nature of my degree course has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. I am an excellent and curious student on track for a triple degree in Accounting, Information System, and Marketing, and especially interested in solving complex business problems using technology.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I am keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile like CME Group.
