Trainer course
As far as my pertinent work experience is concerned, it is always difficult for me to develop the qualified curriculum as I still have few experiences in lesson planning and time managing though I know the theories of issues very well. To put it in worst case, as a trainer I find myself complications to interrupt when participants mislead to unrelated issues of the training topics which I realized that I am weak at facilitation. The vivid moment that anchors in my conscious is in last training, I could not create the safe space for participant in review meeting. From that time on I was seeking for the space which I can totally upgrade my skills and I found this TOT course is more than suitable to me in order to grow myself.
As a special added value of this course, I find the opportunity to network with other friends from different states and divisions from Myanmar which is an exceptional opportunity for horizontal exchange of experiences. I perceive this also as an occasion to familiarize with good practices as a channel for my personal development and it is relevant to my carrier and therefore I would high appreciate to be given an opportunity to attend this TOT course.
