I am excited to submit my application for the Summer Scholar Business Technology Analyst position at Deloitte’s Costa Mesa or Los Angeles location. I first heard about this opportunity from a student who had previously held this position and she suggested that I apply. Furthermore, attending Deloitte’s informational event today and networking with its professionals further affirmed my belief that this is the internship position for me.

I am a junior at UC Irvine, pursuing my BS in Business Information Management, considering a career in technology consulting. My education has enhanced my technical and business knowledge while my extracurricular involvements have helped me build my teaming and interpersonal skills. Although I’ve only had a limited exposure to professional experiences, my drive and readiness to learn more about the industry will allow me to quickly acclimate myself to Deloitte’s dynamic work environment.

My fascination with the field of technology has grown steadily since childhood and I believe that this position at Deloitte will allow me to apply my excitement to solving complex business problems at work.
