Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing in response to the opening of the Human Resource graduate position in London 2016.
Please find my CV enclosed for your review. Of particular relevance is my invaluable knowledge in HR obtained from my LSE Master degree (Merit). I also possess the ability to apply this knowledge. This is demonstrated when I participated in the HRPP Group Competition 2015. In a team of 8, we reviewed P&G’s current HR policies, identified it’s benefits and fallbacks and devised a long-term implementation strategy. I spearheaded the presentation and answered questions from judges. As a result from our teamwork, we secured 2nd place out of 15 other teams. As well as these qualities, my undergraduate degree has also refined my skills in data analysis, presentation delivery, and building quality written outputs. I believe these competencies and those exhibited in my application sets me apart from other candidates.
I am drawn to this particular graduate role due to these three main reasons.
Firstly, It’s a natural choice for me to choose Deutsche Bank because I am eager in becoming an analyst, but desire to utilise my HR abilities as well. Secondly, as a HR culture specialist, I like the idea of working with a company that recognises the importance of culture, all the more when culture is part of Deutsche Bank’s business strategy. Lastly, I like the opportunity to work with HR operations that improves business efficiencies via the OpEx programme. I like to play a part in achieving this ambitious goal whilst refining my HR knowhow, especially in the Talent and Reward Area.
In conclusion, I am confident that my dedication in HR operation and governance will make me a valuable asset in Deutsche Bank. I hope the information shared demonstrated my capabilities and passion to be part of Deutsche Bank vibrant environment. I
