Dear Docker,

My name is ---. I am a --- year student, currently pursuing a Computer Science Degree at ---. My strengths include Software Design and Software Testing, specifically with web applications (Ruby), and desktop applications (Java). I have had some fantastic internships at both small and large tech companies, where I designed and engineered automated tests to ensure product quality while maintaining developer productivity. At Docker, I would like to apply my development and testing skills as a member of their 2016 Summer Engineering Team - either within a software engineering role, or within a software testing role.

I believe that Docker is going to lead software development into a utopian future where every application is part of a standardized, continuous integration process! While working at ---, I was introduced to the concept of docker containers. Within 20 minutes, I was able to get the entire development teams platform running in a local, isolated environment. Not 30 minutes after that, I was able to add my ruby automated test framework into this docker ecosystem.

Docker is truly a revolutionary product, and I would love to employ my passion and skill-set to help make it even better.
