I learned about your internship program at the fall career fair at Penn State. I am submitting my resume and application for your review and consideration. While talking to the recruiter, I asked her what her favorite thing was about working for Dunkin Donuts and her response was, “I love the culture and I love how this company and job has made me grow as a person.” I can see myself growing as a person, both professionally and personally, if I were chosen for this internship program.

For the past three years I have actually been employed by Dunkin Donuts, I worked as a barista at the Dunkin Donuts inside of the store. Through that position I have obtained numerous skills such as inventory management, working with a team, time management, and customer service. I intend to use the skills I have learned from my previous work experience to further my career. I am already familiar with culture and the values of the company and I would love to continue working for Dunkin DOnuts, but on the business side of operations.

I believe that my long term career goals starts with this internship opportunity.
