I am particularly interested in a career at FIS because of the opportunity to make a genuine difference to client’s business at a world-leading company in the Financial Software & Technology Industry. I have genuine interest in financial services while believing that technology would only become more important than ever in this area. At FIS, I can expect to meet the challenges of helping solve real financial and investment problems by delivering software solutions. As a global leader in financial services technology, serving more than 20,000 clients in over 130 countries, FIS will definitely provide me with fantastic opportunities to work with a wide range of clients, and at the same time, gain a sound understanding of key technology used in business. I will also be able to learn and grow very fast while working on various sized projects. I will get to learn quickly from the best experts in this industry and find myself becoming a “quick expert” in all kinds of fields. I am highly motivated by the exposure to challenges as I will stay on a steep learning curve to accelerate my professional development and reach my full potential.

The Graduate program appeals to me because of the advanced training & development offered throughout the training program. I’m motivated by the opportunity to rotate across FIS’ core business functions including business services, service support, business development & compliance and risk. I am looking forward to the practical and technical training that will develop my specialist abilities as well as professional awareness in the wealth management industry. All these allow me to enjoy a long-term development within a fast moving, international and diversified working environment.

I believe my previous study in business, my intelligence, courage to embrace change, the ability to teamwork and manage relationship, will help quickly adapt myself to this position. I have honed my communication and relationship building skills by dealing with diverse clients, solving client's’ problem and communicating effectively at**.
