I believe I would make an excellent investigator because I enjoy getting to the bottom of things. I like to explore a situation from different aspects before coming to a conclusion. In general I am a curious individual; this enables me to question effectively and gain knowledge to get a better understanding. By asking the right questions which are relevant I have always been able to solve a problem or complete a task with an effective solution. I like to keep organised as this allows me to work efficiently. I also have an eye for small detail which ensures my work is of a high quality. I have the ability to adapt how I explain and communicate depending on the consumer and their circumstances. I enjoy getting to know consumers, understanding the problems they face and trying to assist as much as possible.

I am excited about the new role and feel it’s a great change which will benefit the organisation as well as consumers as we can be more efficient. I believe it is important to be flexible and to adapt to change in order to stay relevant as the financial industry is always changing
