Sample cover letter for Full Time position at Giant beverages

POSITION:

graduate trainee

29th January, 2015.

The Hiring Manager,

Giant Beverages Ltd.

Dear Sir/Madam,

APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF GRADUATE TRAINEE

Kindly permit me to submit my CV for your consideration for the job of a Graduate Trainee in Giant Beverages Ltd. I hold a BSc (Hons) with second-class upper division in Food Science and Technology from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MSc in Food Technology from University of Ibadan. I did my National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) with the Ekiti South-West Local Government Secretariat of Ekiti State in Department of Agriculture.

I have experience in water treatments, pre-processing inspection of production equipment, and inspection of activities in production line and finished products, which I acquired during my attachment in Ashor Table Water, Nsukka as Student Industrial Trainee. I was a Graduate Intern with the Department of Agriculture during my NYSC, where I was tasked with co-receiving and distribution of relief materials from governments to targets and supervising production and post-production activities bordering on distribution and marketing of stock. My roles in both organisations offered me the opportunity of putting to practice my communication, team playing and leadership skills while promoting the organisational goals. In the course of my studies and career, I have developed excellent communication, leadership, teamwork and analytical skills with profound attention to details.

More information about me could be obtained from a copy of my CV which is hereby attached. I am optimistic in the future and hope to start and grow in my career with Giant Beverages Ltd.

Thanks for your anticipated favourable consideration as I look forward to joining your dedicated team of staff.

Yours Sincerely,
