Software Engineering Intern
Prior to my arrival in Canada, I worked as a freelance writer in Singapore. I work with numerous magazines, organisations and taken up jobs ranging from research, interviews and media reviews. I believe my years of writing equipped me with the necessary tools of the trade which you will expect in a prospective applicant.
Besides writing, I am also an active volunteer in the community and serve as the grassroots leader focusing on children events. Through my ten years as a volunteer, I have organized 10 events and contributed to many others. Besides community events, I have also work in Pico, one of the leading events company in Singapore, as a project assistant. My short stay in Pico open up my eyes and broaden my understanding of high profile events which I believe will be an asset I can bring with me to my employment.
Outside work, I am a mom, cook and an adventurer. I enjoys spending time with my family, baking, cycle touring and a lazy afternoon in a nice cozy cafe.
