I have two and a half years work experience as a Manager Assistant and a PR and Marketing Associate in a tourist association in xxx. My duties included the press and public relations work for the Tourist Office , the coordination and feed of the website www. xxx.com by CMS and the coordination of social media. My duties included also the work at the front office and general administrative and organizational task to support the management Being a native speaker in German and Italian and being fluent in English helped me a lot with my duties.


Before this position and during my University and Highschool studies, I worked as a receptionist in a three and four Star Hotel, where I was the first point of contact for all guests visiting the hotel. Apart from my superb customer service skills, I am also competent in front office operations and operating the telephone switchboard. In addition to this, I am capable of greeting all guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Building a personal relationships with clients is really important and easy for me.

My strong communication skills and my outgoing, energetic, smiling personality ensure first-rate customer service to both-clients and colleagues. I thoroughly enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people and take pride in being a receptionist.
