Sample cover letter for Internship position at IBM

 I visited the research IBM research center in Rüschlikon with ... Especially interesting I found the research of the Business Optimization group on finding solutions to integrate intermittent power generation and distributed loads. Since that visit I was impressed on the versatility of the research on IBM, and I am convinced that with my extent education I can do a great contribution with my Master Thesis.

Now I am doing my seminar ...about an... During my studies I had courses related to the proposed topic as ... and in several courses we use Matlab and Simulink. I am keen on applying my knowledge and also to keep learning developing the algorithm for market mechanisms to better integrate energy resources and loads.
