I am writing this to apply for the position of intern at Chadha & Co. (Advocates and legal consultants). I became aware of this opportunity through your post on Lawctopus regarding your requirement for interns and I believe I have the skills and enthusiasm to work for production, Drafting and managing long-term research projects and volunteering activities.

I am a student of second year, B.A.LLB (H) at Amity law school, Delhi (IP university).I have worked as college head for an NGO (leaders for tomorrow) in past currently serving as a campus ambassador for “Law Mantra”, and Currently I am also part of Amity moot court society at my college, I have participated in several national moot court competitions. Apart from these activities I have a tremendous interest in researching. I have Presented several papers at national and international level one such paper was “human rights in cyber space” which I presented in Twin International conferences on Comparative Law and Development organized by LC –I and International conferences on International Laws and Intellectual Property Laws by the Faculty of Law, DU in collaboration with Indian Society of International Law during 21-23 March, 2014, This paper has been shortlisted for publication and is in the process of publication. Apart from this publication my other papers have been shortlisted as well. I am also part of my college’s research team and working under the guidance of my senior professor Ms.Isheeta Rutabhasini. I am also serving as a Research Associate for Adhrit foundation. I have worked on several long term projects with National Commission for Protection of Child Rights where we worked on a project called “missing children: a two way approach” and another an ongoing project called “Ek Pehel”. I have an experience of working with lawyers at both District Court and High Court, where I have assisted them on important cases and helped them in research. I have a zest for researching and endeavoring places, knowing people have an inclination towards human rights and society. I am always looking for ways to help the society in any way and this is not just a mere statement but what I have realized and experienced and learned my whole life that one's ultimate aim should not be self-progress but progress of society.

I am too much interested to work for Chadha & Co. (Advocates and legal consultants) , since Chadha & Co. is a stupendous corporate and commercial firm, working in the area of intellectual property, technology and other areas of corporate importance. Pertaining to my interest in intellectual property rights and technology is one motive driving me to join Chadha & Co. Secondly I want to learn from the eminent leaders working at the organization and learn from them.

The zest in me to learn always keeps me going, moreover I feel my researching skills and my interest in international law & relations can be of great advantage to the organization. I am an assiduous researcher and have always been dedicated and passionate for my work. I always keep room for improvement and learn from my mistakes. I feel I am in a unique position to help your organization grow and I would relish the opportunity to bring my expertise to your organization.
