This world is a mess! Greed drives institutions to take risk beyond their appetite, ego drives countries to create economic imbalances whereas ignorance leads individuals towards wealth accumulation. Being born and bred in a nation torn apart by hunger, poverty and social inequality, I believe that it is my responsibility to advocate for and champion development focused programs in order to uphold social and economic justice. Being a believer in the Keynesian model of economics, I am of the opinion that economic stability can be achieved through free markets and intervention is only required to bring stability i.e. "a boost up to the first rung".

I consider IFC as a bridge between needs and resources, an organization which values economic justice and believes in creating "Impact Investments". and believe that working for such an organization will allow me access to opportunities to persevere my goals of diminishing social imbalance in addition to providing career growth.

As a professional with over 10 years of experience, I have achieved stellar results for the organizations I have worked with, a testament to my success. My approach of leading by example has set higher benchmarks for my team and peers and has been the primary factor behind my sustained growth. I am effective at establishing and maintaining business alliances as well as developing strategic programs that result in a win-win situation for all the stakeholders.
